For breakfast, we offer Japanese-style breakfast with Yamato tea porridge.
Yamato Chagayu cooked with hojicha (roasted green tea), a local dish of Nara, is said to have been invented by a priest at Todai-ji Temple in the past, and it is characterized by its smooth and not sticky texture.
The dining room in the main building, "AKARI," serves dishes.
